Recommended Method to Roast Coffee Beans.
Pre-heat the roaster to 160°C (use temperature tester inserted through the lid cover), pour in 150-300grams of beans, close lid then turns on heat to 200°C - 220°C and roast for approximately 15-20 minutes depending on personal roast preference. Turn of the power and open the lid once it reaches your desired roast.
*Roast result varies depending on nature of beans, methods and skills. Inability to roast up to desired profile does not render this machine faulty.
