Shipping policy

 

Currently, we only provide shipping to Malaysia. 

Delivery Fees 🚚

  • Abuden Kitchen delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are made known during checkout. 

Additional Information

  • Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, in order to prevent any possible delivery issues.
  • Currently, our courier service providers are Pos Laju, FMX, DHL, J&T, Ninja Van, City-Link Express, and Posstore. We will choose the most appropriate provider from time-to-time depending on suitability.   
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
  • The guarded building will handle the parcel to the guardhouse or management office only.

 Delivery Timeframe during the normal circumstance⏱

  • After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

Delivery Timeframe during MCO/CMCO period⏱

  • We process all orders as usual. After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Kindly do expect some delay in parcel deliveries during the MCO/CMCO period. Parcels should be able to be delivered to West Malaysia customers in 5-7 business days.
  • Due to the reduction of flight frequency throughout the MCO/CMCO period, East Malaysia customers do expect to receive the packages in 7-14 business days. 

Delivery Timeframe During Promotion Periods 🛒🛒🛒

  • Due to the overwhelming order volume during the event period, there will be a slight delay in shipment. After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) or;
  • Can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery time-frame stated on the respective order summary/ order confirmation email.
